We can help you refurbish your existing interior plants that may not have been correctly cared for by other companies. Our start up for takeover of existing plants always includes a thorough inspection of each plant to determine whether it can be included in our unconditional guarantee. Any plant we find in questionable condition will be monitored and reassessed after the first 6 weeks of our service. During our initial visit each plant will be cleaned with our natural leaf cleaner “Brand X”, which also provides a protective barrier against pests. Fresh top soil will be added and fresh Aspen moss will be used as top dressing. This moss is hypoallergenic and will not develop mold like the other mosses which are commonly used by our competitors due to being less expensive.

We custom design your plants to fit your space, depending on light, temperature, and size. We will work with your interior designer or directly with you to compliment all aspects of your rooms.

Initial Consultation

We’ll schedule an interview with you at your location to discuss the particular requirements of your environment. We’ll conduct a site analysis to identify any challenges that may exist – such as lighting, heating, cooling, traffic flow, and interior design. We use live, silk, and preserved foliage. Occasionally, there are situations where live plants are not practical. We can design, install and maintain realistic silk plants for almost any type of interior setting at wholesale prices.

We will come to your location and survey in consultation with you, the client – combining the personal feel you wish to project with the natural environment of the available space. Plants and containers will be chosen, and a schedule for installation and maintenance will be developed.

Proposal

After consultation,we will create custom proposals for the design and cost of your project. This agreement will ensure complete understanding of what will be undertaken by and expected from both parties. Once this agreement is signed, the project will move forward with installation.

Preparation / Delivery / Installation

We prepare, deliver, professionally stage and install your final selection of plants, containers, and accessories.

Schedules & Procedures

We will work with you to determine a regular maintenance schedule involving the least disruption for your home or office. Generally your technician will come every other week at a designated day and time to perform our 7-step maintenance program on each plant. Maintenance takes place during normal business hours, Monday through Friday. Special needs or high-profile installations may require more frequent maintenance.

During each visit, the soil will be inspected to determine water & nutrition needs. Water will be added, along with plant food as required for each plant individually.  Each plant will be cleaned and leaves kept polished. The leaves will be trimmed and pruned to maintain good condition and appearance.  Disease & insect prevention as required maintaining the health and longevity of the plant. We use only the safest methods available.
